We care about our caregivers just as much as we care about our clients:

Here's a detailed breakdown of our onboarding training process. PowerPoint presentations covering essential topics including:

- Beneficiary Rights
- Confidentiality and Privacy Practices
- Personal Care Skills (such as dressing, bathing, etc.)
- Documentation and Reporting of Incidents
- Infection Control
- Recognizing and Reporting Cases of Abuse or Neglect
- Degenerative Diseases
- Practical skills assessments to ensure competency.
- An aide checklist overseen by a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Provision of certificates upon completion of each module
In addition, we provide quarterly refresher training to keep our staff up to date, reinforce best practices, and continue building their confidence in providing quality home care.
Can I Speak with Another Client or Family Member?
Yes! We understand how important it is to feel confident in your choice. Contact us and we’ll connect you with a current client’s family (with permission).
Are Your Caregivers Insured?
Yes, all of our caregivers are fully insured, background checked and carefully screened before joining our team.
What Happens if I Want a Different Caregiver?
We understand that sometimes personalities don’t always match. If you’re not 100% comfortable, we’ll gladly assign someone new who better fits your family’s needs.
What Insurance Plans Do You Accept?
We accept private pay and a variety of insurance plans, including:
Private Pay, NC Medicaid, Healthy Blue (BCBSNC), WellCare NC, United Healthcare NC, Carolina Complete Health, Alliance Health, and Trillium.
How Do You Hire Caregivers?
We recruit through schools, referrals, our website, and community outreach. Every caregiver goes through interviews, background checks, and credential verification before they’re assigned to a client.
When Are Caregivers Available?
We offer 24/7 availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Can Your Caregivers Handle Tough Clients?
Yes! Our caregivers are trained and supported to manage all types of client needs. We don’t believe in “difficult”—just people who deserve patient, skilled care.
